I was asked to join the new in-house design agency NI Creative and couldn't refuse such an offer.
This constantly changing and dynamic company is currently pursuing an ambition to become a vanguard Media organisation - gone are the days of NI simply being known for it's 4 newspaper titles. Times are changing and it has a great experience to be part of the journey to offer interesting and exciting ways of delivering news and News International products and services.
Working in an internal agency means we can work side-by-side on campaigns with managers - making it much easier to to ensure we get quick sign-offs and that the is customer is always fully satisfied with the end product.
I feel my career here has turned full circle over the past decade and I've really enjoyed working with such an ambitious and dedicated team of designers, developers, project and campaign managers.
